Before joining Cumberland Psychiatric Group, Roy Dial's 30 years of clinical experience included an extensive focus in the following areas:  pastoral counseling, and therapy/case management with older adults.  During that period he was also a sole practitioner providing individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults.  Mr. Dial also served as a consultant to a free-standing partial hospitalization program for adults.

He currently provides individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults.  His areas of special interest include:  relational concerns, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and faith based counseling in which he work closely with one of the  psychiatrists in this practice.
